JUBILEE PLANS.
LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL LONDON. The London County Council completes 50 years' work next March. Proposals for the jubilee celebrations include:— Decorations on the river front of County Hall. Planting of trees in 50 parks and open spa cos. Exhibition of the council's work. Publication of a book on "The First Fifty Years' Work of the London County Council."
