Summer time will begin at two o'clock to-morrow morning, when, officially, the clock will be put on half an hour. Probably most people will take the precaution of advancing clocks and watches before going to bed to-night. In connection with train services, special arrangements have to be made by the Railway Department. The Wellington-Auckland express will leave Te Kuiti to-morrow morning half an hour later than the time shown on the time-table and will make the usual stops on the remainder of the run to Auckland.
