Dr. Benes announced that the new Government had been formed with the agreement of all political groups and parties. He declared the solidarity of the entire nation was behind it. It is now announced that Dr. Hodza, and MM. Becliinyo, Necas, Franco and Sramek, all former members of the Cabinet, remain with the new Cabinet. General Sirovy, the new Premier, commanded the Czechs on the march across Siberia and is regarded as a national hero. The Minister of Public Works is General Husarek, who was previously Director of Fortifications. Ministers without portfolio are MM. Zenkl, Bukovskv and Yavrecka.
j "The Times" Prague correspondent says that it is clearly indicated that the Cabinet is prepared for any emergency, but this does not mean a military dictatorship strong enough to uphold acceptance and resist violation of the FrancoBritish plan. Reuter's Prague representative says the Political Affairs Committee, including Dr. Hodza. is now a purely advisory ' ody under the Government. Women attached to the British Legation have been instructed to leave Prague by the first train. An official broadcast states that all "esponsible leaders placed themselves at he disposal of the President.
