FERRIER CONTINUES IN BRILLIANT MOOD.
SYDNEY, September 22.
The quarter finals of the New South Wales amateur golf championship were played to-day. The winners were J. Ferrier, Waterson, D. Davies and Jones, the latter beating R. Withycombe, 3 and 1. Ferrier beat J. Lemon 7 aiui 6. He was five under par for the two rounds.
