Extra police were posted at all strategic points in the city. The Stock Exchange has suspended trading indefinitely. The foreign exchange market remains open. A provisional moratomim has been decreed for banks and private insurance companies to be effective immediately. Banks will not be obliged to pay current account creditors more than 3 per cent of the assets monthly. » The Exchange news agency correspondent at Prague says that the Note advising acceptance will be handed to the French and British Ministers with the addition that "in accepting \ the plan the Government stipulates that if Czechoslovakia is attacked, nevertheless France and Britain will come to her help."
