RADIANT LIVING.

MEMBERS' EVENING. An attendance of over 100 members of the A.S.S.R.L. and visitors enjoyed a splendid programme at the New Women's Club rooms last evening. The rooms were prettily decorated with bowls of Iceland poppies. The president, Mr. B. Dunningham, during his general remarks, urged the members to help in the present world crisis by sending out thoughts of peace and harmonious adjustment. The weekly letter from the founder. Dr. Sutoliffe. comprising an arresting address on "Prosperity," was read by Mrs. Hilary. "The stating of my purpose" was led by Misa Joan Warren and- physical exercises conducted by Mr E. Hilarv.

Miss Edith Sutherland gave a talk, stressing the necessity of not tuning in to world vibrations of war and alarm, but to the higher thought vibrations of peace and harmony. Mr. Hilary's talk on "Understanding" gave a practical description of the teachings of the school and was much enjoyed.

Songs sung by Miss Kennedy and community singing conducted by Miss June Hilary added greatly to the enjoyment of the evening.
