ROLLS CLOSE TO-MORROW.
As election day approaches, some men and women will be heard complaining that they arc " not on the roll." They will blame everybody but themselves, and they will give utterance to dark suspicions of the machinations of that political party to which they are opposed. Actually, both political parties do their utmost to induce and help people to enrol; but the responsibility, and the legal duty, is the individual's. No
person should content himself with thinking , his name is on the roll because it was there Inst time; he should make sure. The last opportunity to do so ends at six o'clock to-morrow evening.
