An announcement that there was every prospect of the N'apier-Wairoa railway line being in use again for goods traffic by the end of November was made by the Minister of Railways, the Hon. D. (1. Sullivan. The line has been cloned since April 25 a* a result of floods. _ a A „ .«■,,..„
