RUGBY, September 19.
Official advice from Palestine state* that a British soldier was yesterdaystabbed at Jaffa. His condition is not serious. An Arab police sergeant and one of the Jewish supernumeraries previously injured have since died. An Arab police sergeant was shot and wounded at Jerusalem. Armed men burnt down the Customs shed at Gaza J railway station and another gang robbed two Government officials at Beersheba of their arms.
