Another decree in the Mine o.'d»r of ideas if M rivtti the employment of women, both in Government service an<l in nrivitJ enterprise, by laying down that the proportion of women employed in any one firm or administration is not to exceed 10 per cent of the total. Professions which are obviously woman's sphere are excluded from thia provision, and a list of them is to be published in due coiuse. This new decree is. an expression of one of the principles of Fascist doctrine, that a woman's place is in the home and her first function is to rear children.
