We view with alarm the actions of the Government in taking away from individuals the traditional right of appeal to our Courts and substituting a nght of appeal to a Cabinet Ministor." says the National party manifesto. '"We undertake to restore to every individual the right of appeal to the Courts and will oppose every action whether legislative or admiakstrative which tends to limit the jurisdiction of our Courts or which seeks to deprive the individual of his right of appeal to pur courts of justice,"
