INJURED IN FALLS.
TWO HOSPITAL CASES
Two persons were injured in falls yesterday and were taken to the Auckland Hospital by St. John ainbulame. lit each case the patient was making favourable progress to-day. Mr Alfred filler, aped f>S. of 2ft, Slalvein l!oa<l. Aloininoside. fell fr,,ni a ladder while cleaning a shop window at Kin-shind and sufferi-d coiifiission. Severe injinies to the back were suffered by Mr. W ,1. Arnold, a-ed 2(i, of 10, Uompito lload Dominion Koad, when he fell from a scaffoldinp at Orakei. Mr. Arnold was engaged in tiling work on one of the fetate houses and in falling struck a taw-horse.
