Disclosure of Defence Secrets. FEDERAL PARLIAMENT BILL. (Received 3 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Minister of Defence, Mr. H. V. Thorby, stated that a Defence Secrets Bill will be introduced by the Federal Parliament, which would impose heavy penalties for the publication of secret defence information by newspapers, by broadcasting stations, or by any other medium. RELIEF FOR MINERS. COAL STRIKE SUSTENANCE. (Received 3 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Miner** Federation officials have fixed a scnle of relief during the period of the coal strike.
