NEW PEACE PLAN
REPORTED PROVISIONS "GIVE SUDETEN TO REICH" (Received 3 p.m.) LONDON, this day. A plan is being submitted to Czechoslovakia and Herr Hitler which, it is believed, will comprise: (1) Secession of parts of Sudeten German territory to the Reich.. (2) Establishment of cantons in other Sudeten areas where the population will vote on the form of Government desired. (3) Security guarantees from France, Britain and other Powers. The "Daily Telegraph" diplomatic correspondent supports the first two points. Reuter's adds that Mr. Chamberlain will go to Godesburg to meet Herr Hitler on Monday or Tuseday.
