NEW TURKISH PORTS.
• USE OF BRITISH LOAH,
ISTANBUL. Two up-to-date ports will be built on the Black Sea with some of the money which Great Britain is lending to Turkey.
One of these is Trebizond, while the other is to be constructed at Tshatal Agzi, not very far from Karabuk, where British technique and resources are establishing a complete iron and steel plant.
' Situated in the coalfield region, between Zonguldak and Eregli, Tehatal Agzi is not yet marked on most maps. At the same time Eregli will be enlarged, and Treasures are being devised ■with a view to increasing the output of Turkish coal.
