FOREIGN ACTIVITIES IN U.B.A.
WASHINGTON, September 7.
Sweeping regulations have been issued whereby persons engaged in propaganda or other activities on behalf of foreign principals must register under a penalty of 1000 dollars' fine or two years' imprisonment. The regulations apply even to representatives of foreign businesses and tourist agencies."
