; IF BRITAIN GOES TO WAR. I CAPETOWN, September 7. A meeting which was addressed by ; National party leaders carried a resolution in support of -Neutrality in the event of Britain being involved in war. I Dr. D. F. Malan, Leader of the Opposition in the Union Parliament, said England was no longer a strong Power and could not give South Africa the protection that might be imagined.
