ATHLETIC COACH.
A. L. PITCH RETURNS. The American athletic coach, A L Fitch, who was coach to the Wellington amateur athletic centre last season, returned to the Dominion yesterdav by the Monterey for a further term. He is to coach again in Wellington and under an agreement his services are also to be •hared by the Canterbury Centre. Originally it was Fitch's intention to go on to Australia to spend a month there before taking up bis coaching work in New Zealand early in October, but he has changed his plans. He has advised Mr. B. Sutherland, a vice-president of the Wellington Centre, that he does not now intend going to Australia.
