WAIHI RAINFALL.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, Friday. The locql weather observer, Mr. M. F. Haszard, reports that the total rainfall for the year to date was 94.69 in. The total for August was 13.60 in, the greatest fall in 24 hours being 4.13 in on August 27.
