LONDON, August 11
The "Daily Telegraph" correspondent at Prague, says a radio broadcast anticipates that the negotiations which Viscount Runciman is carrying out, may outer a concrete stage a fortnight hence, despite efforts of the German Press and wireless to exacerbate nationalist passions in the hope of wrecking his mission.
