MISSION ARRIVES IN LONDON.
British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, August 11. The head of the Turkish Naval Mission, Captain Said Halman, has arrived in London in connection with the advance to be made by Britain to Turkey by Way of a loan not exceeding in the aggregate £0,000,000, to enable Turkey to purchase in Britain materials necessary for defence.
