OFFERS TO E. McMENAMIN.
The prominent Australian jockey E. McMenamin revealed recently that four times he has been offered an engagement to ride in India. A year ago he was tempted to accept the offer, but changed his mind at the last minute. McMenamin has had no reason to regret his final decision, for even though he did not win the jockeys' premiership in Sydney he has enjoyed a remarkable year. Now there » little chance of his leaving Australia for a long time. "Sydney is good enough for me," he said.
