SUEZ CANAL ZONE BARRACKS. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. The "Daily Mail" Bays that Britain and Egypt have agreed to share the cost of £10.000.000 for the erection of barracks in the Suez Canal zone as part of Egypt's defences under the BritishEgyptian treaty.
