LONG STAY LIKELY.
British Mediator in Czech Dispute. JUDGE ANT PROPOSALS. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON*, July 28. Viscount Runciman, mediator in the Czech-Sudeten l-roblem, will submit without delay his proposals to Dr. Hodza, Czech Prime Minister, and Herr Henlein, leader of the Sudeten Germans.
He is expected to remain in Czechoslovakia for a long period to judge the working out of any proposals submitted. He will be accompanied by the Foreign Office economic expert, Mr. Ashton G. Watkin, well known as the novelist "John Paris," also a minorities expert, Mr. St op ford, ae secretary. The Henlein party, states a Prague message, received from the Government its reform proposals regarding government of its minorities.
