CHARGES OF INDECENCY.
TOCHO PAIHTEK OH TRIAL Two charges, one of indecent assault on a female and the other of indecent exposure, were heard in the Supreme Court to-day against Colin Emil Anderson, a painter, aged 21 years, married. Mr. Justice Cailan heard the case, while Mr. C. S. R, Meredith conducted the case for the Crown and Mr. Henry appeared for the' accused, who pleaded not guilty. The oSeneea were alleged to have taken place at Howick on May i, against a child aged 8 ream. I Evidence is being heard.
