Leonard Neiling (25). labourer and brueh-maker. was charged in the Police Court to-day with causing the death of John Joseph Owen, thereby committing manslaughter. and with a««miUinjr I Florence Lily Maud Owen. He was remanded to appear at Petone on Wednesday.
The charges arise ont of incidents alle«»d to have taken place on June 6 and 7. -
