PETER PAN.
Dancing enthusiasts crowded the Peter Pan Cabaret on Saturday evening and showed their appreciation* of the entertainment provided for their enjoyment. Xow approaching its tenth year in catering to modern dance requirements. Peter Pan has succeeded in establishing a large clientele of patrons, and the Saturday nights' assemblies, with optional evening dress, are noticeably increasing in popularity. Lauri Paddi and hie versatile band are the mainstays of the music, and their programme of slow and quick fox trots and jazz tipecialties wae accelerated by the eyficopated rhythm of the latest overseas melodies. "Cherry Blossom Lane," "Coffee and Kiwies" and "You Can't Stop Me From Dreaming," were included in the selection of favourite airs, and Johnny Madden's eonge were additional factors in sustaining a jolly atmosphere.
