Mr. Justice Northcroft to-day reserved judgment in the case of the Public Trustee- against the Guardian Trust and Exocutors Company of New Zealand, concerning th# claim of the former for fB4SC paid out by the company to legatees of the £60,000 estate left by the late Miss Elizabeth Smith.
