AMERICAN MEAL.
"HOT DOGS" FOR ROYALTY
NEW YORK, July 3.
The Crown Princess Louise of Sweden, who is accompanying the Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf and Prince Bertil on a tour of the United States, literally had a taste of United States democracy when she lunched as the guest of President and Mrs. Roosevelt on a typical American dish of "hot dogs" (frankfurters on buns) and coffee.
The Crown Prince and Prince Bertil were unable to attend.
The Crown Princess Louise, who is the second wife of the Crown Prince of Sweden, was formerly Lady Louise Mountbatten. She married Prince Gustaf Adolf in London on November 3, 1923. Prince Bertil is the third son of Prince Gustaf Adolf by his first marriage.
