WARK WORTH MAN FIHED

Arrested ax Kaipara Flats yesterday by Constable (J. Robertson, of Warkworth, James Albert Green. farm-hand, aged 27, was charged in the Wark worth Police Court this morning with the theft of an engagement ring and wedding ring, valued at -CH !.">/. the property of Thomas Humilton, Wainui.
The presiding justices, Messrs. A. J. S. Warin and J. P. Smytheman, convicted and fined accused £2 and ordered him to make restitution of £(i 1, the value of the engagement ring not re-
covered. and ordored tiic letuiu of the other ring.
