It proposed to line the loch with observation stations equipped with telephoto cameras, sounding apparatus like that for finding submarines, rangefinders and other equipment. "My idea," said Captain Munro this week, "is to start a small limited liability company to work the scheme. To give everyone a. chance, I propose that the shares should be fixed at units °f T/- I have no doubt l.ut that I shall receive all the assistance required. "At first it was supposed that the Loch Xc,.s monster was a figment of imagination, but professors, teachers, doctors and even an admiral have made statements of having seen it, and their observational powers are beyond question. All the hundreds who have seen the monster cannot be liars or hallucinated.
"It is time that the scientific world was taking the thing seriously and I have made this move with that purpose in view."
