NATIONAL PARTY.
ADDRESS TO CENTRAL BRANCH. At a meeting of the Central branch of the women's organisations of the Xational party, held in the Y.W.P.A. hall yesterday, an interesting address was given by Mr. W. H. Hemingway. In the course of his talk Mr. Hemingway outlined the changes that have taken place in New Zealand from the early pioneering days right up to the present moment. Mrs. Hugh Kasper presided at the meeting, and thanked the speaker for his address. Many new members were enrolled by the secretary, Mr*. J. Levis.
