CONTROVERSIAL QUESTIONS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 13. It is expected that the recent unrest in j Jamaica and the question of Palestine j will claim principal attention. | On Wednesday the Board of Trade vote will give an opportunity for the position regarding the van Zeeland " report to be raised and on Friday the • Bressey report on the re planning of j Greater London's traffic arteries will' almost certainly be a subject of debate.
