MEMBERS HONOURED. INVESTITURE BY LORD GALWAY. Before a large attendance at Government House to-day the ceremony of. investiture of Auckland menjbers of the Venerable Order of St. John of Jerusalem was performed by tlie GovernorGeneral, Lord Galway. Those honoured had all received promotions or admissions recommended by the CommauderyChapter to the Grand Priory, and sanctioned by His Majesty, the Sovereign

Hutchinson, (Assistant Commissioner and assistant ! director of ceremonies; Sir Heaton | Rhodes. Knight Commander of the j Venerable Order; the Rev. G. E. Morton, chaplain of the Order; Dr. C. Tcwslev, district surgeon; and Dr. J. S. Watson, j corps surgeon.
