There appears to lie plenty of criticism of the Labour Government, but how many would care to return to the depression years ? Sure!"v" it is not too much to n>k the ?0 per cent "who are now better off to throw their minds back to the day,; when they were digging "drains i'l icy water for 10/ per week, etc., while their fellow unfortunates, empty of stomach, found it a painful necessity to count out le.idii.g statesmen of the day. Hard times are easily forgotten when an era of prosperity comes along, but it is just as well for everyone to remember who made such prosperity I possible. AUDAX. '
