A NARROW VICTORY. the austraixah turf. SYDNEY, June 12. The former New Zealand-owned colt Highborn scored another success yesterday, when he won the Homestead Handicap, of one mile and a quarter, at the Warwick Farm races. The New Zealandbred gelding Country Party finished fourth. Publicity (Heroic —Ridicule) ran second in the Welter Handicap, in which Kinsfolk (Posterity—Episode) was unplaced. The George's River Handicap, of seven furlongs, was won by the good sprinter Mohican. Details: — HOMESTEAD HANDICAP of £250. One mile and a quarter.
