British Official Wireless. RUGBY, June 1. Speaking in Winchester of the persecution of his co-religionists in many part*; of Europe. Lord Rothschild, who is a Jew. paid a tribute to Britain for the just and generous treatment which all the subjects of the King enjoyed, irrespective of race or religion.
Lord Rothschild declared there were few countries where all citizens, without distinction, had the same liberties, I'ights and sense of security to th# extent that they had in England.
