Desultory Fighting Continues In Mexico. TRAIN HOLD-UP AND ROBBERY. NEW YORK, May 27. A train between Mexico City and Laredo, Texas, was derailed during a violent clash between the rebels under General Cedillo and Federal troops. The attackers killed two members of the train crew and robbed the passengers, who included 26 Americans. Apart from other desultory fighting between Government troops and the rebels, an important development yesterday was the publication of a manifesto issued by the Legislature at San Luis Potosi announcing the secession of the .State from the central Government as from May 15.
