.TAKAPUNA BAND YEAR. NEW OFFICERS ELECTED. That the retiring committee had cleared practically every liability and had completed the year with a substantial balance in hand was stressed at the annual meeting of the Takapuna Citizens' liand, which was held during- the week. Speakers expressed their satisfaction with the band's favourable position. The band secretary, Mr. Zi. J. Henderson, was thanked for the work he had done during the past five y ars, and Mrs. Henderson was thanked for her continued interest in the band.
