SMUGGLED AWAY.

Von Luckner Evades Crowd of Communists.

MAKES BACK DOOR EXIT,

(Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A crowd of Communists and their sympathisers made a demonstration against Count von Luckner in the city last night when he arrived at the Broadcasting Commission's studio to give an interview over the national network. They waited until after 11 p.m., in the hope of seeing him depart and continuing the demonstration, but the police smuggled him out a back way. Many police were present but no arrests were made.
