MOEN DEFEATS JENSEN. KOOLMAN TOO GOOD FOR SYKES. (By Telegraph.—rrcss Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. In a wrestling match at the Wellington Town Hall to-night Moen beat Jensen by two falls to one in six rounds. Jensen I took a fall when he flattened Moen with ' a charge and pinned him in the fourth 1 round. He knocked himself out, however, when attempting to butt Moen in the next round. They met head-on and while Jensen lay dazed on the mat Moen pressed his shoulders down. In the sixth round Moen staggered Jensen with forearm jolts ami elbow-' jolts, dumped him repeatedly, and took a fall with a body-press. The bout was preceded by a professional catch-weight contest between I Anton Koolman, of Wellington, and F. I Sykes, of Taranaki. Sykes pinned his I opponent in the third round and Ivoolman I equalised in the fifth. The referee stopped the contest in the final romi* , and awarded the decision to Ivoolman. j
