Bottles bearing the words "This bottle is the property of the Dominion Compressed Yeast Coy., Ltd.." are the property of that company, and may not be used for any purpose whatever without the prior consent of that company. All such bottles when empty should immediately be returned to the Company's Factory at Auckland. The company authorises any registered hotfle dealer to collect such bottles on its behalf, and undertakes to pay any such dealer or other person returning such bottles to its Factory, for his care and service in keeping, collecting and returning same, such sums as arc payable from time to time for bottles delivered at the Company's Factory.
