The concluding day of the South Canterbury Jockey Club's meeting was distinguished by a record dividend for the course. This occurred in the Wai-iti Trot, Easter Push paying nearly £200. The totalisator handled £1G,G12 10/, against £13.818 JO/, an increase of £2704. The total for the meeting was £28,155 10/. compared with £24,312 10/ last year, an increase of £3843.
