The ftase in which Trevor George Bain is charged with failing to account for sums of money amounting to £75 received by him on behalf of Bri«coe and Company wae resumed before Mr ■Tuetice Fair and jury in the Supreme Oourt to-day. Mr. V. R Meredith conducted the prosecution, and Mr. J. J. Sullivan, with him Mr. K. C. Aekins, appeared for accused. (Proceeding.)
