FOR THE LAST TIME REAR-ADMIRAL DRUMMOND inspected the personnel of the training and depot ship I hilomel at the Devonport Naval Base this morning. This is a yearly formality and applies to every ship attached to the station. After the inspection of the ship's complement, the vessel herself was given a thorough inspection.
