MEEHAN INCAPACITATED.
FRALEY "BACK-BREAK" HOLD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. tn a professional heavy-weight wrestling contest at the Wellington Town Hall to-night Fraley Incapacitated Meehan by slamming him across the corner of the I ropes. The latter was supported only by a metal turnbuckle. Fraley afterwards described the hold as a "back-breaker. Meehan, who was until then leading by a fall, was unable to continue the contest. He had to be carried from the ring, and a medical examination revealed that he had strained his back. The decision was received in a hostile manner by a large section of the crowd. Fraley's departure from the ring was a'eompaMied by jeers and cat-calls.
