She added that more than 40 years atro the Women's Christian Union began representations for women police Now that this reform was well within their grasp, the women of New Zealand needed to do something more than wait said Miss Kirk. ' They shoult! look around for suitable women for the positions.
"We want the police women to be 100 per cent efficient, and every help should be given them to receive the same training as the men, so that they may equal if not surpass the men."
