When the Labour party nominations were made on Wednesday 2:? candidates were nominated for tlie 21 seats on the City Council, and the. "ticket" lias now been reduced to even numbers.
The withdrawal of the. two candidates ha* also reduced tlio City CouiK'il nominations from r>4 to i>2.
