An improvement was shown to-day in the condition of James Marshall Smith, aged nine, son of Mr. James Smith, of 33 Hackett Street, Heme Bay, who fell over a cliff at the foot of St. Mary's Road,, and was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a serious condition on Monday.
