PROGRESSIVE LEAGUE.
At the annual meeting of the Kohimaratna-Mission Bay Progressive League, Miss Alice H. fi. Basten was elected an honorary vice-president. Miss Basten was a foundation member of the league when it was inaugurated in 1927.
